Scott Hasbrouck is a serial founder, aerospace engineer, and experimental physical chemist with over 25 years building software and hardware systems across startups, defense, and spaceflight. A two-time Y Combinator alum and former CTO of venture-backed companies, he has led global engineering teams, secured contracts with NASA and the Department of Defense, and developed advanced technologies for NASA, U.S. Air Force, and Space Force missions. Scott has designed suborbital launch vehicles, architected space-based 5G infrastructure, and holds multiple patents - including inventing Spacecoin, a novel Proof of Loction Blockchain Proof. At SpaceCowboy, he leads investment sourcing, technical diligence, and founder support—guiding teams at the edge of what's possible.

Ryan Borker is a veteran creative strategist and product leader who helped shape the early privacy DNA of Meta. With a background spanning design, storytelling, and product development, he’s led teams that built some of the most engaging and widely used digital experiences of the last decade. A sharp thinker with an eye for intuitive systems, Ryan now brings his talent to frontier technology—bridging brand, user experience, and narrative clarity for deep tech ventures. As a co-lead of the SpaceCowboy SPV, Ryan channels his passion for innovation into supporting ventures pushing humanity beyond Earth, helping build the connective tissue between mission, capital, and culture in the emerging space economy.

Brett is a two-time founder with successful exits, and has over a decade of experience as an active investor across multiple asset classes. He has also managed healthcare-focused investment funds, bringing operational discipline and strategic clarity to early-stage companies at the intersection of medicine and technology. Jason Goldenberg is an accomplished enterprise sales leader with a proven track record, including a successful exit and generating tens of millions in annual recurring revenue (ARR) selling to large health plans, systems, vendors, and healthtech companies. He has also co-managed healthtech-focused investment funds, bringing tactical insight to both commercial scaling and capital strategy in the healthcare ecosystem. His dedication to healthcare advocacy stems from personal and family health struggles, motivating him to operate with boundless energy and the highest standards to positively impact lives through innovation—both on Earth and beyond.

Dr. Kirby Runyon


Kirby Runyon, PhD, is a planetary geologist with 15 years of experience exploring and promoting public enthusiasm for the solar system. An expert in science and spacecraft mission design, he contributed to NASA's New Horizons mission to Pluto and led key NASA-funded mission concepts, including Interstellar Probe, Neptune Odyssey, and a lunar mining feasibility study at Johns Hopkins APL. Currently with the Planetary Science Institute and his own Planetary Experience Consulting LLC, Dr. Runyon is internationally recognized for his expertise in reduced-gravity parabolic flights with Zero-G. He is first author of nine peer-reviewed articles, co-author of many more, and a sought-after public speaker and educator. He regularly leads trips to planetary analog sites in the American Southwest. Asteroid 216752 Kirbyrunyon is named in his honor. Dr. Runyon resides in Washington, DC, with his wife and cat.
